This week, I worked on the foliage in front. After rejecting Maya's XGen, I modeled some flowers and copied them in random arrangements to give them the appearance of being bunched up. I also rectified the floating pillars you see at the back. There are also some untextured snapped planks lying around, to which I promptly assigned the relevant textures. I then proceeded to move some of the props around.
This week, I will be doing a lot of fixes on the texturing, scaling them to be more uniform. Besides that, I will be working on Camera Motion. For the final reel, I intend to export it as a sequence of .tif images from Maya and then join them using a Media Encoder. I also hope to make some incremental changes to the Lighting, that I am not yet completely satisfied with.
