Demo Production - Progress VI

This week was our Texturing milestone, so I got to work on removing most of the placeholder textures and replacing textures that didn't seem to blend in. There are still a couple left, for which I couldn't satisfactorily find anything I liked... yet. I also did away with the interior light. This changed the entire tone of the scene. I also added back the patch of grass. The new, darker environment also opens up new avenues I plan to explore such as the addition of moss or critters. Some of the textures in the above render appear stretched, which is because I haven't gotten around to fixing their UVs yet. That, and some elements need to be smoothed to blend in better.

Current Lighting setup

I am currently working on adding Volumetric lighting and Godrays to the spotlight atop. I'm running into some issues with regards to the addition of fog. I also had complications while trying to add stained glass windows. They currently refuse to be set to an opacity that allows for the current lighting. Advancing these will be my next step.
